From CSIM, we continue to work on adapting the new technological trends to the entire value chain of the real estate sector and that is why last June 29 we participated in the Innovation Workshop facilitated by Innomads Proptech Hub.
During this session we were informed about today's consumption trends and examples of Proptech start-ups in the real estate sector that responded to this new reality.
Some of the issues that we dealt with as new consumption trends was the Multi-behaviour of consumers, where we saw the importance of making a wider target than just by sex, gender or demographics, since nowadays we find a multi-faceted consumer. An example of a start-up focused on this trend would be Joes&cos, a platform for renting workspaces whenever and wherever you want.
Another very interesting topic that we discussed was Communities ahead, where they showed us a start-up called Tulu that made rental cleaning products available to the entire community of neighbors to generate a sense of permanence and create connections through the group.
We also explored emerging sectors such as Artificial Intelligence, Mixed Reality, clean energy or the field of Communities and analyze through group dynamics, which would have a greater impact and relevance in our environment and business.
Soon, a second session will be held with Innomads Proptech Hub with the aim of landing these concepts in our business model, and consequently find new opportunities for growth in the real estate sector.
